Websites That Do More Than Look Good

A pretty site that nobody finds and nobody calls is a brochure. We build fast, mobile-first websites for businesses across Vermont, New England, and New York that get found in search and ask for the call.

FOSTERing WELLNESS

Four chiropractic offices across Vermont, caring for families since 1987. This is the build we point at when someone asks whether any of this actually works. The practice fields five or more new patient inquiries in a normal week, and the number holds because the site is structured for search and the blog keeps getting fed.

  • A page for every town they serve, Rutland, Brandon, Randolph, and Springfield, so a search in any one of them lands somewhere built for it
  • A page for every service instead of one long list, which is what lets each service rank on its own
  • A blog they publish to all year, which is why the site keeps gaining ground instead of flattening out a month after launch
  • Four patient groups (expecting moms and infants, kids and teens, adults and athletes, healthy aging) so people recognize themselves in the first scroll
  • One next step on every screen: book an appointment, or start as a new patient
  • Since 1987 repeated where it counts, because in a small market that is most of the pitch

Sell The Job. Then Sell The Town.

Hiring in a small market is a marketing problem, not a job board problem. The right person is probably employed somewhere else and not reading listings. A real career page gives you something to send them, and something worth sharing.

We built one for FOSTERing WELLNESS, the same practice as the build above, to recruit a chiropractor into a four office group. It leads with the money and the lifestyle, in that order.

  • Pay range, schedule, and what the role becomes, above the fold
  • The place sold as hard as the position, with real photos of it
  • Why this business, told by the people already working there
  • An application that takes two minutes on a phone
  • Its own web address, so you can put it on a card or an ad

What Every Build Includes

These are not premium tiers. They are the floor. If a site does not do all of this, we have not finished it.

Built Around Your Phone

Most of your visitors are on a phone in a truck or a waiting room. We design that view first and let the desktop follow, not the other way around.

Fast Enough To Keep People

Compressed images, no bloated page builders, and hosting on a global network. A slow site loses visitors before they ever see your work.

Findable On Day One

Page titles, headings, descriptions, image alt text, a sitemap, and the structured data search engines read. Wired in during the build, not sold to you later.

Written, Not Filled In

Real copy in your voice, written for your customers. No placeholder paragraphs about being a trusted industry leader since whenever.

One Obvious Next Step

Call, book, quote, or order. Every page knows what it is asking for, and the button to do it is never more than a thumb away.

Yours To Keep

Your domain, your hosting, your content, your logins. Once the build is paid for you own all of it, and you can take it anywhere.

How A Build Actually Runs

The scope of the site and how fast you get us content and approvals decide where in that range you land. You will know the plan before we start.

1

Strategy

One call about your customers, your competition, and what a lead is worth to you. Then a sitemap and a flat quote in writing.

2

Content

We write the copy and gather the photos. If what you have is not good enough, we shoot it. This is the step that decides the timeline.

3

Build

Design and development on a private link you can watch come together. You give notes, we revise, nobody is surprised at the end.

4

Launch

Speed and mobile checks, redirects so you keep your rankings, analytics, search console, and a walkthrough so you can update it yourself.

No Mystery Pricing

Two ways to pay for a build

Websites are quoted as projects, not as a vague monthly number. You get a flat figure in writing, tied to a defined scope and timeline, before anything starts.

Pay for the build on its own and the site is yours the moment it is paid for. Nothing else applies.

Or roll it into your monthly plan if the up front number is the problem. That one does require a contract, and we would rather say it here than in a meeting: the agreement runs until the build is paid off, and the site is not yours until that last payment clears. The day it does, it is fully yours.

Either way, what we will never do is hold a paid-for website hostage. More of this kind of thing is on our FAQ page.

Web Design Questions

Four to eight weeks for most builds. The range comes down to two things: how big the site is, and how quickly we get content, feedback, and approvals from you. A five page site for a contractor moves faster than a twenty page site with a booking system behind it.

Yes, once it is paid for. The domain, the hosting, the content, and the accounts are all yours, and if you ever leave you take all of it with you.

The one exception is a build you are paying off through your monthly plan, which stays ours until that final payment clears.

Often, yes. We audit what you have, and if the foundation is sound we fix the speed, the mobile layout, the copy, and the calls to action instead of starting over.

If the platform is fighting you, we will say so and quote a rebuild rather than charging you to patch something that will never perform.

Websites are quoted as projects, not as a monthly guess. You get a flat number in writing before any work starts.

You can pay for the build on its own, or roll it into your monthly marketing plan, which requires a contract that runs until the build is paid off.
