The first 30 days are about basics. Audit your Google Business Profile and make sure every section is complete. Make sure your website loads quickly, is mobile-friendly, and clearly explains what you do. Set up a simple system for collecting reviews. These foundations pay dividends for years.

Month 2: Build the Content Engine

In month two, start creating content consistently. Commit to three social media posts per week. Write one blog post. Send one email to your list. You are not trying to go viral — you are building the habit and the audience. Done consistently, this creates compounding returns over time.

Month 3: Amplify What Is Working

By month three, you have data. What posts got the most engagement? Which email got the most opens? Double down on what is working. Consider running a small paid ad campaign to amplify your best content to a wider audience.

The One Rule

Do less, but do it consistently. A business that posts three times a week every week for 90 days will build more momentum than one that posts 20 times in one week and then goes quiet. Consistency is the strategy.
